This shot is a familiar scene, about 5 miles from my house. Every day I drive past it, I am so grateful to have such a beautiful place so close.

December 2022, I had been saying I would go and shoot it before they took the lights down. Then one night around Christmas, the snow began to fall and fall and fall. I grabbed my camera and put on my winter gear and went out to wander in the park. After walking through the center of the photo, I turned around to see the beautiful shadows on the ground.
